These Terms govern your use of Travel Tribus websites and early-access services. They are a practical baseline for pilots; your specific agreement (e.g. order form, pilot addendum) may add or override parts where signed. Questions: hola@traveltribus.com.
1. The service
Travel Tribus provides software and coordination workflows to connect event organisers, communities, and partners. Features may be labelled beta or early access. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
2. Not a travel agency
Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, Travel Tribus is not your travel agent, ticketing agent, or organiser of record. You remain responsible for contracts, permits, insurance, safety, and compliance for your events and trips.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the platform (e.g. spam, unlawful content, impersonation, scraping, or attempts to bypass security). We may suspend access for violations.
4. Content & IP
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it as needed to run the service. Travel Tribus branding and software remain our property.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for third-party conduct, event outcomes, or indirect damages, subject to mandatory law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, for free pilots, €100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability follows applicable law.

8. Governing law & disputes
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your commercial agreement, or otherwise the place where the operating entity is established—contact us for specifics during pilots.
